Job Title:

Environmental Health and Safety Lead

As an Environmental Health and Safety Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being of our employees, contractors, and the environment. Your responsibilities will encompass developing and implementing effective EHS management systems, conducting risk assessments, and fostering a culture of safety and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement EHS management systems to minimize environmental impacts and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and sustainability.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Environmental Science, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in EHS management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage team members.
