Senior SAP EAM Associate

We are seeking a skilled Senior Associate to join our SAP team in Bangalore. As a Senior Associate, you will work with clients to analyze their needs and implement software solutions using SAP applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement SAP EAM module including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements for SAP EAM functionalities.
  • Configure and manage key SAP EAM components such as Plant Maintenance, Equipment and Functional Location Management, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, Work Order Management, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling, Breakdown and Notification Handling, Refurbishment and Calibration processes Integration.
  • Collaborate with other SAP modules MM, FI, CO, PP, QM for seamless integration.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand asset management needs and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Analyze existing maintenance processes and recommend improvements using SAP best practices.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives including mobile maintenance, IoT integration, and predictive maintenance.
  • Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user manuals.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and maintenance teams.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain reports and KPIs related to asset performance and maintenance efficiency.
