We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic EAM Technology Leader to join our organization. This role will lead the development and implementation of a global roadmap for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) technology and future strategy related to process and user experience.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and experience using and managing SAP EAM, as well as high-level business acumen and experience in diverse corporate environments.

  • Developing and implementing a global roadmap for EAM technology and future strategy related to process and user experience
  • Serving as the technical point of contact for all EAM user processes, including ERP transformation representative
  • Leading the global/central governance and administration of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) program and tool
  • Managing and implementing SAP EAM program and documentation, including setting global process, assisting in governance, KPI's, and related standards and procedures
  • Overseeing the primary user leadership of EAM, system admin/ownership, architecture, projects and enhancements, data standards, monitoring, metrics, and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technology Roadmap Development: Develop and implement a global roadmap for EAM technology and future strategy related to process and user experience.
  • EAM User Process Governance: Serve as the technical point of contact for all EAM user processes, including ERP transformation representative.
  • EAM Program Governance: Lead the global/central governance and administration of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) program and tool.
  • SAP EAM Program Management: Manage and implement SAP EAM program and documentation, including setting global process, assisting in governance, KPI's, and related standards and procedures.
  • EAM System Administration: Oversee the primary user leadership of EAM, system admin/ownership, architecture, projects and enhancements, data standards, monitoring, metrics, and documentation.
