**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Finance professional to lead the implementation and configuration of financial modules for clients across various industries.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle ERP Financials, with a strong background in Fusion Cloud implementations. They will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementations, configuring financial modules based on client requirements, and developing functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Subledger Accounting, and Fusion Tax.
  • Functional Consulting: Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders, perform fit-gap analysis, design functional solutions, and prepare functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations.
  • Testing & Deployment: Develop and execute test scripts for CRP, SIT, and UAT phases, support production cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Data Migration & Integration: Define and oversee financial data migration strategies, collaborate with technical teams for integrations using FBDI, Web Services, and OTBI.
  • Training & Documentation: Provide user training, prepare user manuals, and provide ongoing support.
  • Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams, participate in design reviews, and solution validation.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

  • Experience: 5+ years in Oracle ERP Financials, with 2-3 years in Fusion Cloud. Minimum one full-cycle Fusion Financials implementation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Fusion Spreadsheet Loader, FBDI, OTBI, and Financial Reporting Studio.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and client-handling skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to work independently and in global delivery models.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT.
  • Professional certifications like Oracle Cloud Financials, CA, CMA, or MBA Finance.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and travel onsite if required.
