Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Product and Technology Manager to lead our team of engineers, SREs, and operations staff in supporting financial systems and applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing people, overseeing delivery, and ensuring operational excellence. They will ensure that financial systems run smoothly, reliably, and in alignment with finance business needs.

  • Leadership: Manage a team of engineers and operations staff, providing coaching, feedback, and career development support.
  • Delivery Oversight: Ensure project deliverables and operational commitments are met on time, with high quality and compliance.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the smooth running of financial platforms, ensuring adherence to SLAs for availability, reliability, and data accuracy.
  • Incident & Problem Management: Ensure effective resolution of incidents; coordinate root cause analysis and track corrective actions.
  • Process Adherence: Ensure the team follows established engineering, SRE, and operational best practices (code reviews, change management, monitoring, compliance).
  • Resource Allocation: Assign work across the team, balancing project and operational demands.
  • Reporting: Track and report on team progress, system performance, and operational metrics to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-Day Execution: Support team members, coordinate priorities, resolve issues, and partner with others to ensure successful delivery and operations.

Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment where team members can share ideas, learn from each other, and grow professionally.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation, tooling improvements, and efficiency gains.
