Key Responsibilities and Objectives

As a seasoned Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of multiple renovation and fitout projects from design through to construction.

This role requires exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including designers, contractors, vendors, and hotel operations teams. You will be responsible for ensuring timely, safe, and on-budget project completion, while maintaining international quality standards.

  • Leadership and Team Management">

Lead a team of internal staff, designers, contractors, and vendors to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Construction">

Prepare master schedules, budgets, and procurement strategies in collaboration with our cost planning team.

  • Programme Management">

Coordinate fortnightly/monthly schedule trackers, BOI deliveries, store management, and identify delays or risks that may impact timelines.

  • Contracts & Cost Management">

Prepare tender event schedules, coordinate tender packages, administer contract awards, and manage change orders.

  • Construction Management">

Supervise site logistics, shutdown plans, and works execution strategy in a running hotel, leading design coordination between consultants, vendors, and contractors.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in hospitality fit-out projects.">

A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field is essential.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required.">

Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors is crucial.
