Project Director

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for passing on your knowledge to others and ensuring the successful completion of projects. This involves keeping project stakeholders informed of any changes in scope or schedule, delegating tasks to junior staff, and providing guidance and direction.

  • Direct production teams to create, assemble, and issue client deliverables utilizing CAD, Revit, MicroStation, Sketchup, or other mediums.
  • Provide corrections, revisions, red line changes, and comments to junior staff.
  • Coordinate work between staff and consultants.
  • Revised drawings per RFI's, bulletins, and addendums.
  • Issue documents for bids and permits.
  • Perform job site visits to review progress of construction and prepare field reports.
  • Implement ways to improve production methods.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also support project managers in developing proposals, budgets, and bids. This will involve conducting site surveys, demonstrating an understanding of how daily activities impact the project, and actively pursuing IDP completion and professional licensure or certification.

You will have 15-18 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Proficiency in CAD and Revit is essential for this role.
