Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to oversee the complete project lifecycle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, cost management, and adherence to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure alignment with project deliverables.
  • Supervise design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor all project phases to maintain quality standards and resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for material procurement and ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify potential challenges and devise strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project progress, budget status, and key milestones.
  • Oversee installation and ensure completion to client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in furniture or interior project management, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and design software like AutoCAD or SketchUp.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
