  • Mentor junior designers, setting high standards and benchmarks for creative excellence.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3–5 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing diverse and versatile work.
  • Thorough knowledge of typography, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy principles.
  • Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, UI/UX, or AI-based design is highly valued.
  • The ability to work independently with a personal laptop or device.
