Job Title: Accounts Payable Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Accounts Payable team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process complex invoices through our accounts payable systems
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and issues
  • Identify opportunities to enhance both AP and T&E processes
  • Assist in ensuring SLA compliance and generate system-based reports
  • Develop the capabilities of operations staff through training and coaching
  • Implement initiatives to improve processes and efficiencies within the AP department
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good domain expertise in SAP and Concur
  • Ability to work flexible hours including night shifts and rotational week-offs
