Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Fashion Operations Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from start to finish.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, knowledge of the fashion industry, and experience working with international buyers. They will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of products, maintaining effective communication with buyers, and collaborating with the sales team to understand market demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate projects from inception to completion, adhering to timelines and deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate tracking sheets, reports, and client records.
  • Facilitate smooth coordination among internal departments to address project needs and resolve bottlenecks promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand market trends and align production schedules accordingly.
  • Apply knowledge of the fashion industry, keeping up with market trends and international buyer preferences.

Requirements

  • Graduate from a reputable fashion institution or equivalent background in fashion management.
  • Strong knowledge of the fashion industry, with experience catering to international buyers. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in fashion operations is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
