Job Description:

This role involves conducting strategic research, maintaining and organizing project-related documentation, and preparing management information reports for internal review and decision-making.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with online tendering portals, and tracking project progress documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Research & Analysis:
    • Conduct market analysis on potential clients, architectural projects, government tenders, and competitors.
    • Identify and track Request for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from public and private sectors.
    • Prepare client profiles, project briefs, and analysis reports to assist the Business Development team.
    • Coordinate document control processes.
  • Documentation Management:
    • Maintain and organize all documentation related to architectural projects (drawings, contracts, approvals, correspondences).
    • Track project progress documentation including timelines, deliverables, and revisions.
    • Ensure timely filing and secure storage of physical and digital documents as per company protocol.
    • Update document control logs.
  • MIS & Reporting:
    • Prepare regular MIS reports for project status, submissions, document tracking, and business leads.
    • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other marketing documents.
    • Support audit requirements by ensuring proper document trails.
  • Coordination:
    • Liaise with internal teams to collect required documentation.
