Job Title:

Expert Civil Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced expert in managing projects and construction teams with expertise in Civil and Interior works execution to join our organization.

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 14-17 years of experience overseeing all civil, interior work, and MEP works ensuring that they meet brand standards and quality plans.
  • Responsibilities include inspecting interior fit-outs finishes FF&E loose furniture comparing them with drawings and specifications.
  • They will also measure and check building materials for quality identify defects and suggest corrective actions.
  • Additionally the candidate will monitor and report work progress to the VP Engineering assist the site team coordinate with PMO for verification and certification of bills ensure QA&QC.
  • The ideal candidate will also co-ordinate with vendors sub-contractors contractors to ensure quality works at site.
  • The successful candidate will ensure that all works are carried out as per approved design drawings documents contract technical specifications and quality plans as per brand standards.
  • They will also conduct and monitor work progress on a daily basis review manpower requirements allocate work fronts issue non-compliance reports forecast material requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate must have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 14-17 years of experience as a Project and Construction Manager in Civil & Interior works execution.
  • Experience in Stone Cladding of Façade both Wet & Dry Cladding.
  • Working knowledge of AUTOCAD & MS PROJECT is mandatory.
  • Handling project cost estimation approvals site expenses coordinating with PMO.
