Job Title: Technical Solutions Engineer

Job Description:

This Senior Associate role is involved in the full life cycle of an application, working closely with clients and team members to understand stakeholder requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience building end-to-end systems as a Platform Engineer, ML DevOps Engineer.


Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Design and implement applications build, release, deployment, containerization, and configuration control and management.
  • Work with partners to gather requirements, prototyping, architecting, implementing, updating solutions, building, and executing test plans, performing quality reviews, managing operations, and training and fixing operational issues.
  • Manage data pipelines and engineering infrastructure to support enterprise machine learning systems at scale.
  • Develop and deploy scalable tools and services to handle machine learning training and inference.
  • Support model development with an emphasis on auditability, versioning, and data security.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 9-13 years of experience in the field.
  • Strong software engineering skills in RDMS, SQL, PySpark etc.
  • Good in Data Structures and Algorithms.
  • Fluency in Python and good with Linux scripting.
  • Experience working with cloud computing and database systems.
  • Knowledge of Linux OS and Scripting.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Containerization.
  • Ability to translate business needs to technical requirements.
  • Strong understanding of software testing, benchmarking, and continuous integration.
