About the RoleAs the Regional Head, you will be responsible for overseeing Design, Project Execution, and Business Operations in Pune. Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership & Growth
Assume full ownership of P&L for Pune, achieving revenue and profitability targets.
Build and lead a high-performing team, including Project Managers, Site Heads, and Design Leads.
Strengthen and expand business operations and client relationships within Pune.
- Design & Project Execution Excellence
Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from design approvals to final handover.
Ensure seamless coordination between design and execution teams.
Optimize vendor and contractor efficiency to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion.
- Operational Efficiency & Profitability
Implement robust project tracking systems , Procore, Click Up, etc.).
Reduce cost overruns, execution delays, and inefficiencies through process improvements.
Standardize workflows to enhance project governance and milestone adherence.
- Client & Stakeholder Management
Directly engage with high-profile clients to ensure project success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with IPCs (JLL, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Knight Frank, Colliers, etc.).
Drive 100% client satisfaction through superior execution and service delivery.Qualifications
12-18 years of experience in Design & Build, IPCs, Corporate Fit-Outs, or High-End Commercial Projects. Previous experience in a Regional Head or Operations Head role. Strong expertise in project execution, budgeting, procurement, and P&L ownership. Proven ability to scale operations, lead teams, and drive profitability. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, working with corporate clients and vendors.Growth Opportunities
