Job Summary:

  • A Robotics Engineer designs, develops and maintains robotic systems and automation solutions.
  • They apply mechanical, electrical and software engineering principles to build robots that improve efficiency, safety and productivity in industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, defense and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build and test robotic systems, components and prototypes.
  • Develop and program control systems, sensors and automation software.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain and improve existing robotic applications.
  • Conduct research to enhance robotic capabilities and integrate emerging technologies (AI, ML, IoT).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and performance.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports and user manuals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical or Computer Engineering.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (C++, Python, MATLAB, ROS).
  • Knowledge of control systems, sensors and embedded systems.
  • Experience with CAD software and mechanical design.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with AI, computer vision and machine learning is a plus.
