Job Title: Test Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled test automation specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ACCELQ automation for web applications.

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities. As a test automation specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test cases using ACCELQ (Cloud version) for web applications.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in test automation, functional testing, and experience in implementing CI/CD-based automation frameworks. Additionally, they will be able to collaborate with developers, BAs, and product owners to understand requirements and create test scenarios.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and developing automated test cases using ACCELQ (Cloud version)
  • Executing automated and manual tests to ensure application quality across functional, regression, and integration levels
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and create test scenarios
  • Maintaining test scripts, debugging failures, and ensuring high reusability and maintainability
  • Integrating automation test suites with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps)
  • Providing test coverage reports, defect analysis, and root cause investigations

In order to succeed in this role, the candidate should have:

  • Strong hands-on experience in ACCELQ Web (Cloud) for automation
  • Solid knowledge of automation frameworks and test design principles
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps CI/CD environments
  • Experience in functional, regression, and integration testing
  • Knowledge of APIs and ability to automate using ACCELQ (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Git

Bonus points if you have experience in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) or banking/insurance/financial domains (if relevant to your projects).
