Job Title: Automation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform upgrades, installations, configurations, and deployments of automation solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of complex system architectures and utilities.
  • Design, develop, and implement automation workflows and job scheduling across diverse platforms.
  • Create enterprise scheduling solutions, including dependencies, SLA management, and alerts configuration.
  • Prepare design, release, and implementation documentation to support deployments.
  • Optimize job performance by improving resource utilization and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts to support processes.
  • Monitor and manage batch jobs, ensuring reliability and performance.
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve failures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee daily batch monitoring, ensuring timely execution and corrective action for failures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with middleware and retail applications.
  • Functional knowledge of the retail industry, particularly in supply chain, omnichannel shopping, ecommerce, order management, and logistics.
  • Experience working in complex matrix environments with internal and external stakeholders.
