Community Impact Leader

This role requires a skilled professional to lead multiple projects, driving transformative change in communities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, be able to work effectively with teams, and have a strong track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and oversee diverse projects with specialized teams.
  • Ensure successful achievement of project targets.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
  • Nurture and maintain partnerships for collaborative success.
  • Travel within and outside Mumbai for project implementation.
  • Build and manage volunteer-mentor relationships and coordinate with volunteers involved with the projects.
  • Employ resourcefulness in project design, implementation, and monitoring, identifying and implementing creative solutions to overcome challenges.
Requirements:
  • A master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in non-profit program management.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
  • A positive, community-focused mindset.
  • Empathy and strong interpersonal skills.
