About this Role

We are a digital health innovator building an end-to-end healthcare platform that integrates hospital management, patient records, lab services, and IoT devices.

As a senior software engineer, you will develop scalable APIs and microservices enabling real-time data exchange between hospitals, doctors, patients, labs, and pharmacies. This is a chance to work on complex problems at scale and contribute to the growth of our product from inception.

  • Design and implement backend systems for hospital workflows, patient records, and lab integrations.
  • Create and optimize REST/GraphQL APIs for mobile apps and hospital dashboards.
  • Collaborate with database engineers to manage large-scale health data in compliance with national standards.
  • Implement secure data exchange protocols for interoperability with national health APIs.
  • Evaluate security risks and ensure consent and compliance in every data flow.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver role-based applications.
  • Participate in code reviews, training cycles, and deployment processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in computer science, coding fundamentals, databases, and API design.
  • Familiarity with Node.js or Python programming languages.
  • Able to think critically, learn quickly, and solve complex problems independently.
  • Excited to work on multiple modules and contribute to the development of a comprehensive healthcare platform.
