Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior AI Engineer to drive the development of cutting-edge agentic AI solutions.

Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable backend systems for agentic applications.
  2. Architect and build integrated systems that interact with Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs.
  3. Utilize vector databases for efficient information retrieval and knowledge management within AI agents.
  4. Develop sophisticated workflows using frameworks like Autogen, AG2, Lang graph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  5. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers, and other engineers.
  6. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic technologies.
  8. Contribute to the technical direction and architecture of our agentic AI platform.
  9. Deploy solutions on one or more cloud platforms.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in software development with a strong track record of delivering production-grade backend systems.
  • Proven expertise in Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Langchain and agentic frameworks.
  • Experience working with Vector Databases and Large Language Models.
  • Proficient with Git and comfortable working in a Linux environment.
  • Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms.
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Planning & Execution.
  • Excellent Communication & Inter-personal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with BigQuery and additional programming languages.
  • Experience developing multi-agent systems and serverless architecture.
  • Experience with local LLM execution, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
  • Contributions to open-source AI or agentic projects.
  • Understanding of security best practices in AI applications.
  • Familiarity with MLOps principles.
  • Relevant testing frameworks and AI Ethics.
