Healthcare AI Specialist

Job Overview:

This is a six-month contract position with the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance. As a healthcare AI specialist, you will design, build, and refine multi-agent, LLM-driven AI pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop unique evaluation frameworks and tooling that shape the entire engineering team's approach.
  • Engage daily in collaborative problem-solving with clinicians, data architects, and seasoned ML engineers.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Python proficiency and expert knowledge in at least one major ML framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
  • Proven track record rapidly deploying robust, production-grade AI solutions.
  • Demonstrated high agency, rapid iteration capability, and ownership of outcomes.

Nice-to-have Skills:

  • Experience with retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, or agent orchestration.
  • Familiarity with healthcare standards and constraints (training provided).

Success Metrics:

  • Launch production-grade, multi-agent AI solutions directly impacting healthcare providers globally.
  • Establish reusable technical assets that become integral to operational frameworks.
  • Deliver clear improvements in model accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
