Senior AI Professional

We are seeking an accomplished Senior AI professional to lead the development of innovative artificial intelligence solutions. This visionary individual will have extensive experience in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in leading large-scale, production-ready AI systems. They will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI solutions using machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing techniques
  • Leverage expertise in AIOps use cases to drive predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and incident management
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI projects on time and within budget
  • Mentor junior engineers and researchers to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, specifically in ML, DL, NLP, and Generative AI applications
  • Proven expertise in AIOps use cases
  • Strong proficiency in ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
  • Deep hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, or other transformer-based models
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools, Databricks, and cloud-based AI/ML services from Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in AI solution architecture and enterprise-scale deployments
  • Familiarity with data governance, model explainability, and AI ethics
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or research publications
