We're seeking a skilled data scientist to contribute to team development. You'll design predictive models, uncover actionable insights, and deploy scalable solutions to optimize customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, validate, and deploy machine learning models using Python and AWS SageMaker to drive next-best-action decisions.
  • Analyze customer segmentation, lifetime value (CLV), and campaign performance to identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to align models with business objectives and operational workflows.
  • Optimize model deployment on AWS, ensuring scalability, monitoring, and performance tuning.
  • Translate technical outcomes into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders through visualizations and presentations.
  • Stay updated on advancements in AI/ML, cloud technologies, and commercial analytics trends.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in data science, with a focus on commercial/customer analytics.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker and cloud services.
  • Familiarity with ML frameworks and A/B testing methodologies.

A strong problem-solving skill with the ability to derive insights from ambiguous data.

Ability to articulate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
