Job Title: IT Asset Lifecycle Manager

We are seeking a skilled IT asset lifecycle manager to oversee the management and optimization of our IT assets. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules, ensuring compliance, cost optimization, and efficient asset tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain ServiceNow HAM and SAM modules.
  • Manage the entire IT asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal, ensuring accurate tracking of hardware and software assets.
  • Establish workflows for asset requests, approvals, deployments, and returns.
  • Maintain an accurate Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for hardware and software assets.
  • Develop asset audit processes to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow administration, including workflow configuration and customizations.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript and other relevant languages for creating custom scripts, workflows, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of software licensing models, including perpetual, subscription, and SaaS.
  • Ability to integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST, SOAP, JDBC, and other technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in IT Asset Management.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, especially asset and configuration management.
