Clients rely on you to coordinate projects, quality-control campaigns, and content creation assets. You will receive briefings, analyze inputs, and conduct research to deliver outstanding results.
- Responsibilities
- Manage key client relationships, taking ownership of deliverables while following client delivery processes.
- Coordinate and quality-control projects like campaigns and content creation assets as per agreed timelines.
- Receive client briefings, analyze inputs, and conduct research to deliver high-quality work.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for both AuraKomms & AuraShots.
- Manage social media accounts with engaging content and regular updates.
- Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
Requirements
- Experience in Client Services, Client Relations, Digital Marketing, and Account Management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-2 years of related work experience in a similar industry.
