We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Service Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our service product portfolio to current and prospective customers within pharmaceutical, academic, scientific research, and clinical organizations across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimally manage the sales of company service products to a variety of customer accounts and segments, majorly in Life Science, Healthcare, and pharmaceutical.
  • Generate new business from existing customers and promote and sell portfolio of New Services.
  • Formulate driven pricing quotations.
  • Work together with Instrument Sales to optimize the sales of upfront contracts and coordinate the approach on accounts assigned to service management.
  • Accurately forecast future business and plan sales activities well in advance.
  • Develop and maintain detailed customer/prospect records and ensures that the relevant sales tools reflect this information (Sales Forecast & Territory Plan).

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English in read, write, and speak.
  • Strong communications skills to optimally discuss customer's needs to sell services by telephone and site visits; able to engage and influence at all levels.
  • Science/Engineering graduate preferred, but not crucial if you have strong prior Service contract sales experience.
  • Sales approach; strongly motivated by targets.
  • Positive approach and desire to succeed.
  • Ability to handle time optimally to prioritize and complete tasks required.
  • Able to adapt to a constantly evolving business environment.
  • Digital literacy in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, or similar.
