About the Role:

You will support internal controls, governance, risk management, and audit operations as Manager - Business Advisory.

This role ensures our processes align with internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices while proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities.

  • Lead risk analysis across business functions including supply chain, marketing, customer experience, and technology.
  • Create efficiency in processes and ensure business impacts.
  • Assist in building and executing an internal audit and ERM framework.
  • Partner with functional heads to maintain a risk register and support mitigation plans.
  • Monitor emerging risks, especially in areas such as data privacy, cybersecurity, ESG, and regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise with external auditors, legal, and compliance as needed.
  • Participate and drive standardization automation projects for process efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You need:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably in finance or a related field.
  • Strong first principles thinking and business understanding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
