About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to fill a Compliance Analyst position in our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial regulations, attention to detail, and the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks.

This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, conducting compliance monitoring, risk assessments, and assisting in audits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Monitor, interpret, and implement relevant regulatory guidelines.
    • Ensure timely filings and reporting to regulators.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving compliance requirements.
  • Compliance Monitoring & Risk Assessment:
    • Conduct regular internal reviews and compliance risk assessments.
    • Identify process gaps and propose corrective actions.
    • Track remediation of compliance issues and ensure timely closure.
  • Policy & Documentation:
    • Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
    • Maintain accurate documentation for internal compliance controls.
    • Educate internal teams on compliance obligations through training and awareness programs.
  • Audit & Reporting:
    • Support internal, statutory, and regulatory audits.
    • Prepare compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
    • Act as a point of contact for compliance queries across departments.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure organization-wide compliance.
    • Provide inputs on compliance risks during product and process development.
