Job Role

As a Business Development Coordinator at Elliot Group, you will be responsible for coordinating and sales activities to meet or exceed regional annual booking quota established by the corporate business plan.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy generation and communication of it across the company to succeed in winning projects.
2. Review the opportunity list, on a regular basis, with the own area(s) team to ensure that we are all following the strategies to meet our goals.
3. Ensure risks are managed effectively and that Elliot Group is not exposed to unnecessary risk relating to contracts signed with customers in the Region (correctly follow the sales process).
4. Develop relationships and maintain high-level contact within key customer accounts to promote the Elliot Group, our products and services to correctly position ourselves on target jobs and to achieve the status of preferred supplier.
5. Regularly review market changes and dynamics and ensure team is pursuing suitable opportunities that are in-line with the company's future strategy.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of sales strategies and be able to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams. Additionally, you should be able to work effectively with APAC Global Services to maximize potential for both groups.
