Lead Generation Role

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential business leads in Australia. Your primary objective will be to build a strong pipeline of opportunities by researching and engaging with B2B prospects across various industries.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Research and identify potential B2B prospects in Australia using industry directories and other prospecting tools.
  3. Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and other outbound methods.
  4. Qualify prospects based on their business needs, budget, and readiness to adopt communication solutions.
  5. Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the Sales team.
  6. Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM system.
  7. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine targeting strategies and outreach messaging.
  8. Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably for international markets.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong research skills using industry directories and other prospecting tools.
  • Ability to confidently conduct cold calls and email outreach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in early morning shifts.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in SaaS, Telecom, or CRM-related services.
  • Knowledge of Australian business culture and sales approach.
  • Prior experience working with B2B decision-makers (CEOs, Marketing Managers, IT Heads).
