Senior Software Development Lead

A skilled software development leader with expertise in .NET technologies is required to drive the creation and implementation of robust backend services and APIs.
About the Role- Design, develop, and maintain complex .NET applications using C# and .NET frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective architecture for scalable and secure .NET applications.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes, ensuring seamless integration and smooth execution.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
- Proven experience in developing enterprise-level applications using .NET Core and .NET Framework.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Languages & Frameworks: C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Web API
- Database: SQL Server, Entity Framework, LINQ
- Tools & Platforms: Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins
