Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources expert to drive strategic business outcomes and shape the company's HR vision.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in organizational development, performance management, people relations, and change management, with a proven track record of success.

This role involves coaching leadership on HR matters, facilitating Performance Management processes, and recommending new approaches to drive continual improvement aligned to business objectives.

  • Owning the Performance Management process end-to-end and fostering a Performance Excellence culture.
  • Leading organizational-wide processes of Performance Appraisal, Goal Setting, and continuous performance conversations.
  • Partnering with leadership to drive performance enhancement and ensure all employees deliver their best.

Additionally, this role includes designing and implementing talent engagement programs, crafting policies and processes to enhance the employee experience, and managing change to bring about positive transformations in the organization environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management: Develop and implement effective Performance Management processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Talent Engagement: Design and implement programs to engage and develop critical talent groups, driving retention and growth.
  • Policy Development: Craft policies and processes that support employee well-being, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Change Management: Manage change initiatives to bring about positive transformations in the organization environment.
