We are seeking a driven and experienced Fashion Merchandiser to join our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing relationships with designers and multi-designer stores, as well as contributing to the growth and visibility of our brand portfolio.

About the Role
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing designers and multi-designer stores.
  • Coordinate merchandise flow, product selection, and seasonal placements.
  • Ensure timely deliveries, product visibility, and brand positioning across partner stores.
Key Responsibilities

Designer & Store Management:

  • Nurture strong partnerships with designers and multi-designer stores.
  • Optimize merchandise flow, product selection, and seasonal placement strategies.
  • Maintain timely deliveries, product visibility, and brand positioning across partner stores.
Business Growth & Brand Development
  • Develop merchandising strategies to drive sales growth for existing brands.
  • Monitor performance and provide actionable insights to maximize sell-through.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to strengthen brand recall.
Onboarding & Partnerships
  • Identify and onboard new designers that align with our vision.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with new and existing partners.
  • Establish long-term, mutually beneficial collaborations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion merchandising.
  • A strong network and relationships within the fashion industry, especially with designers and multi-designer stores.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A strong analytical ability and a keen eye for fashion trends.
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
