Seeking a seasoned Manager to spearhead Transaction Advisory engagements across finance, valuations, due diligence, and tax advisory. Ideal candidate possesses technical expertise and trusted advisor qualities.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and execute client engagements with professionalism and responsiveness.

  • Serve as a strategic financial partner to clients, overseeing budgeting, MIS reporting, cash flow, and investor communications.
  • Build financial discipline and governance frameworks tailored for scaling businesses.

Key Responsibilities

a. Financial Retainerships

  • Provide high-level financial oversight and guidance to clients.
  • Develop customized financial solutions to meet clients' needs.

b. Valuations

  • Support valuations for fundraises, secondary transfers, and M&A transactions in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

c. Due Diligence

  • Lead buy-side/sell-side due diligence projects including financial health checks, revenue/margin analysis, working capital assessments, and historical reviews.

d. Tax Advisory

  • Offer expert tax structuring advice for business models and transactions.

e. Client Management & Team Leadership

  • Manage multiple client engagements with professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

  • CA with 4–6 years of relevant experience in transaction advisory at a mid-tier boutique advisory or in a start-up finance team with exposure to FP&A and fundraise projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, financial modeling, and valuation principles.
  • Proven track record in client servicing and team management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
