Job Overview

We are looking for a talented SME Relationship Manager to join our team at Workassist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, and driving the acquisition of new customers. You will perform necessary KYC/customer validation, due diligence, and market enquiry, as well as collect required data and information. Additionally, you will verify references, conduct unit and security visits, review financials and bank statements, and start login activity. You will also ensure the creation of limits in core banking and the disbursal of sanctioned limits within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and meet potential customers to drive acquisition of new customers
- Perform necessary KYC/customer validation / due diligence / market enquiry and collect required data / information as per checklist
- Verify references and conduct necessary unit and security visits, completeness of documents, review financials/bank statements for churn, bounces, and interest servicing and start the Login Activity
- Ensure overall achievement of individual targets
- Coordinate with panel advocates and engineers for title opinion and valuation of properties as per extant guidelines
- Create and execute necessary documents, MOD, filing ROC, CERSAI, etc.
- Ensure the creation of limits in core banking and the disbursal of sanctioned limits within timelines
