Job Description
As a key player in our IT operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our software systems. Your primary focus will be on applying software engineering principles to ensure seamless operation and minimize downtime.

Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance to identify areas for improvement
- Automate manual processes to increase efficiency and reliability
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate reliability into the software development lifecycle
- Analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Linux)
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java for automation and scripting tasks
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and ELK stack
- Knowledge of DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform
