We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pastry Cook to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing various pastry and dessert menu items according to recipes and photos.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare pastry and dessert menu items according to recipes and photos.
- Assist with the transportation of food items from main stores to the pastry galley.
- Set up pastry displays on buffets as needed.
- Clean and sanitize working areas and utensils following United States Public Health rules.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum two years' experience as a Pastry Cook in an upscale hotel or cruise ship.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and equipment use.
- Completion of high school or basic education equivalency requirement.
