Product Application Chef

This is a senior role that involves providing technical support and product demonstrations to customers across South India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales teams in Chennai to support client visits and conversions.
  • Deliver live product demonstrations, training, and trials at customer sites.
  • Provide on-site technical support and resolve application-related challenges.
  • Develop recipes tailored to local markets and customer needs.
  • Share feedback and insights from customers with R&D and Marketing teams.
  • Represent the company at workshops, exhibitions, and trade events across South India.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or Baking & Patisserie.
  • 2–6 years of experience as an Application Chef, Bakery Chef, or in Culinary/Bakery R&D.
  • Strong product knowledge in bakery, confectionery, desserts, or food service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and working with sales.
  • Proficiency in English; regional languages (Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam) are an advantage.
