We are looking for a Senior Trainer to design, deliver, and lead training programs across our stores.
Role OverviewThe Senior Trainer will be responsible for end-to-end training delivery for store associates, shift managers, and multi-store managers. This includes content creation, training execution, and capability building across multiple cities. The role demands strong communication, a hands-on approach, and a passion for developing people in the fast-paced QSR environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training programs for front-line and management staff across multiple stores.
- Create engaging training content (manuals, videos, SOP guides, assessments).
- Ensure consistency in training delivery across cities.
- Conduct onboarding programs for new hires.
- Train employees on customer service, operational SOPs, hygiene, and upselling.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and track employee performance improvements.
- Partner with operations leadership to identify skill gaps and address them through targeted training modules.
- Mandatory: Minimum 5 years of training experience in the QSR industry.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Proven ability to create training content (documents, presentations, digital material).
- Experience conducting multi-city training sessions.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate, coach, and build confidence in team members at all levels.
