Storage Professional

This is a high-level position for an experienced individual to manage and maintain complex storage systems. Your expertise in NetApp ONTAP features, including MetroCluster, FabricPool, and AQoS, will be crucial in ensuring seamless data storage and retrieval.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient storage solutions using advanced ONTAP features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable storage architectures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related issues using ITIL methodologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging storage technologies and best practices.
Requirements
  • A strong understanding of storage protocols, including SAN (iSCSI, Fibre Channel) and NAS (NFS, CIFS/SMB).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and automation tools like Ansible.
  • Experience managing storage within virtualized infrastructures, such as VMware.
  • Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with solutions like StorageGRID and other object store services.
  • Knowledge of AIQ and Cloud Insights platforms.
  • Experience with cloud and automation platforms.
