Project Coordinator Job Summary

The ideal candidate is a proactive and hardworking individual who can multitask, stay organized under pressure, and work with speed and accuracy.

  • Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables with attention to detail.
  • Coordinate between internal teams and clients, ensuring clear, fast, and effective communication.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations with accuracy.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and drive accountability to meet deadlines.
  • Support in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing action points.
  • Anticipate risks or delays and proactively escalate issues when necessary.
  • Provide operational excellence and administrative support to the project team.

This role requires strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize, along with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira) is an added advantage.

To be successful, candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role, as well as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
