We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in managing large-scale ERP projects, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.
This role requires proactive coordination, effective issue/risk management, and collaboration with cross-functional IT and business teams across global time zones.
- Coordinate and document meetings including agendas, minutes, decisions, and action items.
- Track and monitor project plans, issues, and risks; consolidate updates for status reports.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and resolution of blockers.
- Escalate risks and dependencies appropriately to leadership.
- Ensure accountability by assigning clear ownership for all action items.
- Support project governance through documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.
- Facilitate collaboration between business, IT, and vendor teams across multiple workstreams.
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
- Strong understanding of ERP programs, preferably MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.
- Knowledge of ERP workstreams: Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, integrations, testing cycles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with US stakeholders.
- Proficiency in O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for issue/risk tracking.
- Skilled in prioritization, risk tracking, and escalation management.
