Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & operation support projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing financial processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving successful project outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:- Financial Process Implementation:
- Implement D365 F&O Finance & Accounting processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Credit and collections, Budgeting & Fixed Assets.
- Project Leadership:
- Collaborate with functional and technical project team members to ensure successful and timely implementation.
- Drive requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, and testing phases of the D365 Finance module suite.
- Risk Management and Quality Assurance:
- Manage rollouts, deployments, upgrades, data migration, data management, and FastTrack go-live assessments.
- Experience working on incident management tools and identifying risks, issues, finding solutions, and planning/managing them.
- Professional Experience:
- 6+ years of experience for Senior Consultant and 2+ years for Analyst.
- Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to manage requirements/scope and risks appropriately.
- Good at client interactions, able to set and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Flexible with work hours, okay with onsite-offshore global delivery model and travel (if required).
