Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to join our South East Asia team. This exciting opportunity will enable you to shape the future of digital payments in the region and contribute to our mission of becoming a leading fintech partner.

About the Role

This key role is responsible for achieving sales targets consistently, building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, and owning the end-to-end sales cycle. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver business goals and develop strategic relationships with clients within the payment ecosystem.

Skill Requirements

  • Achieve sales targets consistently and challenge the competition landscape in the Fintech industry.
  • Build, maintain, and forecast a healthy sales pipeline to achieve business goals.
  • Owning the end-to-end sales cycle while working collaboratively with Marketing, Onboarding, Integration, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible to understand all client requirements within the Payment Ecosystem and propose suitable solutions using Evolute's products, Solutions, and services.
  • Energetic self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of at least 7 years of overall experience in Merchant acquiring space with either POS, Payment Aggregator/Payment Gateways, TSP, or Fintech companies.
  • Proven track record of selling Payment Hardware (POS) with Solution bundling.
  • Established and existing network with Enterprise and Mid Market client base in Fintech or Payment Ecosystem in India is crucial for this role.
  • Strong communication, oral & written skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and result-oriented personality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Hardworking person with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of selling Payment Hardware (POS) with Solution bundling.
  • Established and existing network with Enterprise and Mid Market client base in Fintech or Payment Ecosystem In India is crucial for this role.
