Job Title:
Principal .NET Strategist

Overview:
A key role in our technology transformation project requires a seasoned .NET professional with 5-7 years of expertise to lead the way in modernizing our codebase and architecture. This position demands strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams towards successful technology upgrades and migrations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze existing .NET codebases, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategies for technology transformation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry trends.
3. Provide technical insights and recommendations for system upgrades, migrations, or replacements, considering potential risks and challenges.
4. Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions with team members to ensure smooth transitions during the transformation process.

Required Skills:
Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of the .NET framework, including C# and related technologies.
- Familiarity with system architecture design patterns, such as MVC and Microservices.
- Knowledge of database systems like SQL Server and integration with .NET applications.
- Awareness of modern cloud platforms is a plus.

Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyze complex codebases effectively.
- Proficiency in identifying areas for optimization or improvement.
