We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our Influencer Marketing efforts and drive business growth through strategic partnerships and campaign execution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our influencer marketing capabilities, developing client-centric solutions, and maintaining high-quality proposal delivery.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop Client-Centric Solutions: Analyze requirements and craft tailored proposals to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Proposal Delivery and Negotiation: Maintain timely completion and ensure smart negotiation tactics to secure deals.
  • Influencer Research and Onboarding: Research, recruit, and onboard top-tier influencers using effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Contract Briefing and Negotiation: Brief and negotiate influencer contracts to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Digital Asset Management: Curate and manage an extensive database of influencers, categorized for efficient targeting.
  • Relationship Building: Forge strong relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and partners to access premium talent and networks.
  • Campaign Coordination: Coordinate closely with internal teams and external partners to drive campaign success.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze key metrics and create insightful reports on Influencer Activation campaigns.

The ideal candidate should possess exceptional social media savvy, 6-12 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media, and outstanding communication and networking skills.
