Senior Marketing Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned marketing expert to spearhead our overall marketing strategy and drive growth through innovative campaigns.

About the Role:
  • Develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Plan, manage, and track digital marketing campaigns across search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email, and paid channels.
  • Own product marketing initiatives, including positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead content marketing efforts, focusing on blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and thought-leadership pieces.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive demand generation campaigns and support revenue targets.
  • Organize webinars, events, and community programs to engage prospects and customers.
  • Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics & automation tools.
  • Manage and mentor a growing marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a managerial/leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in B2B SaaS/Tech Marketing, preferably in AI, SaaS, or communication platforms.
  • A proven track record in digital marketing, demand generation, and product marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and team management skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with ownership and accountability.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience marketing Conversational AI, SaaS, or CX platforms.
  • Global marketing exposure, particularly in the US, Middle East, and APAC regions.
  • A strong network in the tech/startup ecosystem.
