This is an exciting opportunity for a Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining and supporting Visa's Encryption Services, Tokenization management systems, Secure File upload services and Credential management solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and supporting all Enterprise Encryption Services protecting Data at Rest, Data in transit, and Transaction Data
  • Providing operational support for Data Protection Technologies and Cybersecurity applications such as ProtectApp, ProtectFile, Vormetric Transparent Encryption Agent, Voltage Tokenization Secure Data Appliance, Hashicorp Vault, OPSWAT MetaDefender
  • Proactively identifying and recommending process improvements to reduce risk and improve operational efficiency
  • Implementing changes and supporting end-to-end Visa Encryption Services' infrastructure
  • Supporting Data Protection requests as per pre-defined set of procedures and within agreed Service Level Agreements
  • Resolving Incidents, problem tickets and assisting other staff members as needed
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting Encryption services, Tokenization services, Secure File upload services, Credential management solutions, operating systems, security protocols and providing support, resolutions
  • Working with multiple database protection functionalities including Native and Transparent Data Encryption as well as operating systems and file systems
  • Ability to train staff and users and promote data security awareness to ensure system security
  • Triage issues working with Vendors and Development and engineering resources
  • Support requires on call on a weekly rotating basis which includes weekends

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience

Priorities for the role include:

  • Collaborating effectively with other functional areas
  • Building relationships to understand the operational and cultural issues relevant to achieving superior results
  • Familiarity with wide range of Data protection technologies, key management systems, Credential management solutions, operating systems, security protocols and native and transparent database protection functionalities
  • Cloud security data protection experience is plus
  • Understanding and experience with the cryptography fundamentals
