Job Title

An experienced and skilled Treasury Manager is required to join our team, responsible for managing the organization's short-term liquidity and cash management.

About the Role
  • Manage and optimize the organization's cash flow, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.
  • Monitor cash balances, bank reporting, and treasury dashboards to ensure efficient cash management.
  • Prepare detailed cash flow forecasts and conduct variance analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee the organization's bank relationships and overall liquidity, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing a treasury or cash management function, with a strong understanding of financial principles.
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with multiple departments.
  • Advanced computer software skills, particularly with Excel and Google Sheets, to support data analysis and forecasting.
  • Able to handle sensitive information appropriately, including maintaining SOX and audit trails.
  • Interest in process improvement, with a focus on defining and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and increasing process efficiencies.
